The BRIK & PEARL® Lash & Brow Lab is a comprehensive professional education experience designed to give lash and brow artists the knowledge, confidence and technical expertise required to deliver exceptional lash lift and brow lamination results using the innovative BRIK & PEARL® system.
Brik & Pearl® has been created for artists who want greater versatility, control and confidence in their treatments. The three-step system Bond Flex, Bond Lock and Volume Filler can be used across a range of lash and brow services, giving professionals the flexibility to customize their approach according to the client, hair type and desired result.

ONLINE COURSE CERTIFICATION
A digital Certificate of Completion will be issued through the Academy platform once you have successfully completed the online course.
HANDS ON PORTION
The hands-on training consists of two compulsory phases.
Phase One: Online Theory
You will complete the BRIK & PEARL® Lash & Brow Lab Online Course as the theory component of their training receiving your digital certificate of completion.
Phase Two: Full-Day Hands-On Training
You will attend a full day of practical training, including:

Two educator demonstrations:
- One Traditional Lash Lift and Brow Lamination combination demonstration
- One Korean Lash Lift demonstration
- Two student applications completed under the guidance of your educator
- Receive Hands on training certificate
Optional Assessment & Certification
Take your training one step further with the optional assessment pathway. Students who select this upgrade will complete and submit practical case studies for professional review.
Successful completion of the required case studies demonstrates competency in the Brik & Pearl® treatment methodology and awards an additional Brik & Pearl® Assessment Unit Certification.
Terms
With more than 30 years of experience in professional lash and brow services, this course has been developed to give you a strong understanding of the Brik & Pearl® system and the techniques required to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
If you have previously trained with another brand, you may recognize some similarities in the treatment process. However, formulations, processing methods, techniques and protocols can vary significantly between brands. For this reason, completing Brik & Pearl® training is highly recommended to ensure you understand the system correctly and can achieve optimal results with confidence.
